Please make sure to write down everything you need in the contract.  Decisions that have been made via email, texts, or Facebook must be written down clearly on this form to avoid confusion.

Half payment ($30 or $60 deposit) must be received with booking information and the remainder paid when performer arrives for party or you may pay in full when booking.

 

Please make payment with cash, check, money order, or PayPal.

Checks/Money orders should be made payable to Amanda Hatfield.

 

100% refund will be given if party is cancelled a week or more before scheduled party time.   

If party is cancelled within 25 hours to one week of party start time, deposit ($30 or $60) will be refunded, however, the performance can be easily re-scheduled and the deposit applied to the rescheduled event.

 

Please understand, that time is held open for you and cannot accommodate last minute cancellations. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:   If party is cancelled less than 24 hours of scheduled arrival time at party, no refund will be given.

Any cancellations on the side of Amanda Hatfield/Precious Princess Parties due to illness, emergencies, or unsafe weather will result in a full refund or rescheduled performance.

***ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER PERFORMANCE IS COMPLETED***

 

Precious Princess Parties is willing to work with other actors/actresses playing characters other than that of the character contracted herein; however, this must be agreed upon by all groups involved and added to this contract. If this condition is not met and other performers are present at the same party, the Precious Princess Parties contract is void and no refund will be given.

* Amanda Hatfield/Precious Princess Parties is not responsible for accidental injuries or property damage. 
* Depending on the age and attention span of the guests we cannot guarantee that every child will be paying close attention. We find the more the adults participate, the more the young ones do also! 

* Parking space for the performer is requested.
